Strategic Support

Many areas in the north of Ireland are seeking strategic support.  POBAL’s resources are extremely limited, however.  Therefore, POBAL’s support work must be strategic and capped.  This work aims to bring people together to draft a local strategy and a clear action plan.  Secondly, analysis is conducted on action plan success and the best means as how to progress the local strategic plan.

POBAL runs arts events, information sessions, meetings etc throughout the north of Ireland, and we also act as a watchdog organisation, providing advice and information to our members and to the public.
